Please Note the Bannister Hotel's Terms and Conditions:

1.      The hotel is not responsible for any personal injuries, death, loss or damage to your property or possessions, whether by fire, theft or by negligence or wrongful act on anyone in the employment of, or acting on behalf of the Hotel or its directors.

2.      Any guests disturbing the peace will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

3.      No violence will be tolerated anywhere on the property and any persons seen as threats to other patrons will also be asked to leave.

4.      Any persons asked to leave the premises will lose their deposits or monies already paid to the Bannister Hotel.

5.      Key and Remote refundable deposit of R 50 is required.

6.      Breakfast closes at 10:30 AM.

7.      Cancellation Policy:

a)      100% refund if cancelled 7 days before arrival.

b)      50% refund if cancelled within 3 days before arrival.

c)      25% refund if cancelled less than 3 days before arrival.

d)     No refund if cancelled on arrival.
